If you are not 100% happy with your purchased item, you will have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to return purchased items. You can choose to either receive: 1) a PayPal/ credit card refund, or 2) a store credit refund. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted. Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original sales receipt and packaging.
Only articles purchased through this website are accepted for refund or exchange if returned in original packaging and condition within 15 days, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please contact LeatheredPearls@gmail.com for shipping details. Returns must be sent via an insured shipping method.
For security reasons, do not write Leathered Pearls on the outside of the box. Please include in your package a copy of your original receipt and a brief note of explanation describing the reason for the return or if you would like to exchange your item for a different size of the same item or for a different item, along with your current home address and telephone number. I will get back to you within 48 hours.
If you are requesting a refund of your purchase, Leathered Pearls will request that the credit card company issue a refund to your account for the full amount of your purchase, less any original shipping, handling, and insurance charges previously applied.
Leathered Pearls will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
US Customers: The cost of return shipping is complimentary.International Customers: If you live outside the US, I am unable to offer you complimentary return shipping at this time. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit card refund or store credit refund.
Customers will have 15 calendar days from receipt of order for a complimentary size exchange of the same item/style. If you'd like to purchase another item/style, please return the purchased item for a refund, and purchase your desired item/style as a new transaction.
International Customers: If you live outside the US, you will be responsible for shipping fees and potential duties levied on the replacement item.
